Battery management system (BMS) diagnosis, repair and design in Zambia
We design BMS electronics ourselves — cell monitoring, balancing and protection on CAN and RS-485 — which is why we read the fault instead of condemning the pack.

What we repair
BMS controller boards, cell-monitoring front ends, balancing circuits, current-shunt and temperature-sensing channels, contactor and pre-charge control, isolation monitoring, and CAN or RS-485 communication faults.
Design capability, not guesswork
Cell monitoring, balancing and protection with CAN, RS-485 and IoT telemetry is work we do as a core activity for packs from portable devices to modular storage. A repairer who has never designed a BMS can only replace one.
Typical symptoms
Pack will not close its contactors, false over-voltage or over-current trips, one module always reported out of range, state-of-charge jumping or sticking, communication loss to the vehicle, balancing that never completes.
Where it matters most
A BMS fault looks exactly like a dead battery. Diagnosing the difference is the single biggest cost decision in EV and storage ownership.
Questions we are asked
Can you repair a BMS board?
Yes. We design BMS boards, so we diagnose and repair them at component level rather than replacing the pack around them.
Our pack reports a cell fault that keeps returning. Is the pack finished?
Not necessarily — a sensing channel, harness or balancing fault reports as a cell fault. We test the cell and the measurement path separately.
Can you design a BMS for a custom pack?
Yes — cell monitoring, balancing, protection, enclosure and thermal design, with CAN or RS-485 telemetry.
Do you support lithium conversions from lead-acid?
Yes, including forklift and material-handling packs, with the BMS and charger specified for the new chemistry.
