What we do
PLC programming and configuration, HMI and SCADA screen design, control panel design, wiring and testing, troubleshooting on existing systems, and migration from obsolete controllers to modern platforms. Process automation for pumps, conveyors, dosing systems and production lines.
Platforms
Siemens, Schneider, Allen-Bradley and Phoenix Contact, with industrial networking over PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU / RS-485.
Instrumentation
Sensor calibration and commissioning: pressure transmitters, RTDs and thermocouples, flow meters, level sensors, pH and conductivity meters, vibration sensors.
Projects delivered
PLC programming, sensor calibration and pneumatic filler calibration for a Ministry of Technology and Science fruit-juice plant; reverse-osmosis plant automation; drives and pump control at industrial and agro-chemical sites.
Questions we are asked
Can you take over a PLC system another contractor wrote?
Yes. We read the existing programme, document it, and either maintain it or migrate it to a supported platform.
Do you build the control panel as well?
Yes — design, wiring, testing and commissioning, including the motor control gear inside it.
Can you migrate an obsolete controller?
That is routine work: we map the I/O and logic and move it to a current platform with minimal downtime.
