One engineering company for the whole building
Power, backup, security, ICT and plant equipment — designed, installed, serviced and repaired by the same team, under one maintenance agreement. Zambia's leading engineer-led facilities partner, because we build and repair the electronics inside everything we install.

Six systems, one contractor, one report.
Most buildings run four or five contractors who each blame the others. We hold the whole stack because the common layer — the electronics — is what we design and repair for a living.
Power that does not stop
Solar and hybrid systems, battery storage, UPS, generators and automatic transfer switches — designed, installed, serviced and repaired by the same engineers.

Scheduled service in clear kVA bands and emergency repair nationwide under a 48-hour response commitment, including the electronics most generator firms will not touch.

CCTV designed per zone, recorded on site, viewable live on a phone — over Starlink where there is no fixed line, and powered through outages.

Structured cabling, networks, Wi-Fi, servers and workstations, with data-protection compliance informed by software we build ourselves.

Drives, starters, switchgear, motors, PLCs and instrumentation — repaired to component level, with replacement boards designed when the OEM has stopped making them.

O'Sense: payroll with PAYE, NAPSA and NHIMA, clients and quotes, books, stock, job cards and school transport — on the WhatsApp your team already uses.
See the detail →The fault is usually between the systems.
The generator starts but the transfer switch does not change over. The CCTV dies whenever ZESCO goes off. The inverter trips the office circuit. The PLC loses the network and the plant runs blind. Those faults live in the gaps between contractors, and they are the ones nobody will own.
We hold power, security, ICT and controls together, so the fault has nowhere to hide and one engineer answers for it. Every visit produces a written technical report with photographs, root cause and recommendations — not a scribbled quote.
How we work

Offices, campuses, plants and sites.
Maintenance agreement terms
Full bench diagnostics and fault isolation to component and board level, with the unit logged and photographed on intake.
A written repair report per unit: what failed, the root cause, what was replaced, and the test results.
6 months (180 days) workmanship warranty. If the unit fails for the same root cause inside that window, we re-repair at no charge.
Standard 5–7 business days from drop-off; priority 48–72 hours under a maintenance agreement. Importing a replacement typically takes 4–12 weeks.
A flat assessment fee (ZMW 950 per unit) covers diagnostics and the report. No repair fee is charged for a unit we cannot save.
No advance payment. Payment due within 21 days of delivery and sign-off against an approved purchase order.
A published fee schedule per unit type, fixed for two years once a framework agreement is signed — not a quotation per incident.
Repaired units are run under load before return, with the results recorded on the repair report.
Breakdown response, priority turnaround and escalation contacts written into a service level agreement.
One number for the whole building.
Tell us what you run and we will return a single maintenance proposal.
