Security & ICT

Computer, server and network support for business in Zambia

The ICT layer, maintained by an engineering company: structured cabling, networks, Wi-Fi, servers and workstations — and data-protection compliance built by us, not bought in.

Network and cabling

Structured cabling, switches, routers and firewalls, Wi-Fi 6 coverage design, VLANs and segmentation, network troubleshooting and traffic analysis — plus industrial networking on PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP and RS-485 where the office network meets the plant.

Servers and workstations

Server and workstation setup, maintenance and support, backup and recovery arrangements, user and access administration, and hardware repair and upgrades for business fleets.

Compliance you can prove

Zambia's Data Protection Act 2021 applies to the data on those servers. We build SecureDX, our own published DevSecOps tool that scans code and infrastructure for vulnerabilities, secrets and cross-border data flows — so our advice on data residency comes from a product we wrote, not a brochure.

One contractor for the whole building

The same company that maintains your network also services the generator, the solar and backup system, the CCTV and the switchgear — one number to call, one report, one maintenance agreement.

Where we work: Lusaka and across Zambia — mining, water utilities, telecom, manufacturing, food and beverage, milling and government sites. Workshop at Plot No. 34, Harrison Chongo Road, Nyumbayanga, Lusaka. Call or WhatsApp +260 974 546 632, or email sales@hcsys.co.

Questions we are asked

Do you support servers as well as networks?

Yes: server and workstation setup, maintenance, backup arrangements and support, alongside the network itself.

Can you handle both our office IT and our plant systems?

That is our advantage — few ICT companies can also program the PLC and repair the drive, and few industrial contractors can run your network.

Can you advise on the Data Protection Act?

We build SecureDX, a tool that detects where applications send data across borders, and we advise on residency and compliance from that work.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes, covering ICT alongside power, security and plant equipment under one agreement.
