Questions we are asked
Can it track equipment by serial number?
Yes — intake records the unit, its serial number and photographs, and the history stays with it.
Does it produce a QA certificate?
Yes, on completion, and it can carry a verification reference the customer can check.
Is it only for electronics repair?
No. Any workshop that takes equipment in, repairs it and returns it can run on it.
