EV charger installation and EVSE repair in Zambia
Chargers that still work when ZESCO does not: supply sizing, protection, load management, metering, and solar or battery backup — plus repair of the charging units themselves.

Installation
AC wall boxes and three-phase chargers for offices, depots, institutions and homes: supply and cable sizing, protection and earthing, surge protection, load management across multiple charge points, metering with per-user reporting, and remote monitoring.
Backup power that makes charging real
A charger on an unreliable supply is a parking space. We design the charge point as a power system — solar generation, battery storage or generator backup with load management that shifts charging to the hours supply is available.
EVSE repair
Charging units, cables and connectors fail: pilot and proximity circuits, contactors and relays, RCD and earth-fault detection, control boards and displays, and cable and connector damage. We repair them rather than discarding them.
On-board charger and DC-DC
On the vehicle side we repair on-board charger power stages, power-factor correction, isolation faults, charge-port contactors and pilot circuits, and the 12 V DC-DC converter.
Questions we are asked
Can you install EV chargers at our offices or depot?
Yes — supply assessment, installation, protection, metering, load management and commissioning, with solar or battery backup where the supply is unreliable.
Will charging overload our electrical installation?
It can if the supply, protection and earthing are not assessed first. That assessment is part of the job, not an extra.
Can we charge during load-shedding?
With solar and storage sized to the fleet's daily kilometres, yes. We design and install that combination.
Can you repair a damaged charging cable or wall box?
Yes — pilot circuits, contactors, RCDs, control boards, cables and connectors.
