Telecom rectifier and site power repair in Zambia
Huawei and ZTE rectifier modules, site monitoring units and DC power systems repaired in Lusaka instead of shipped abroad or scrapped.

Units we repair
Huawei R4875G1 and S4850G1 rectifier modules, Huawei SMU02C site monitoring units, ZTE ZXD030 S480 rectifiers and comparable −48 V modules from other vendors, plus the power shelves and controllers around them.
Typical faults
Modules that will not start, output voltage out of range, fan and over-temperature alarms, failed power-factor-correction stages, blown input fuses and MOVs after surges, failed communication with the site controller, and modules that pass no-load tests but fail under load.
Why repair locally
A failed rectifier shipped abroad costs weeks and dollars, plus freight, customs and exchange-rate risk. On our bench it is diagnosed the day it arrives, repaired, tested at load and returned with a report per serial number.
Who we work with
MTN Zambia is a contracted client under a framework repair agreement with a published fee schedule. Zamtel, IHS Towers and Infratel have run proofs of concept with us, and MultiChoice has sent RF power amplifiers for evaluation repair.
Questions we are asked
Can you repair Huawei and ZTE rectifiers in Zambia?
Yes. Huawei R4875G1, S4850G1 and SMU02C units and ZTE ZXD030 S480 rectifiers are regular work on our bench in Lusaka.
Do you handle batches from multiple sites?
Yes. We collect in Lusaka, log every unit on intake with photographs and report per serial number.
What if the module cannot be repaired?
We say so, with the evidence, and the unit becomes a source of tested spares for the next repair — at your instruction.
Do you repair RRUs and BBUs?
We take in radio and baseband units for evaluation and component-level repair alongside site power.
