OCF, SCF and OHF faults, failed IGBT and SCR stages, firing boards losing one phase, keypad and display failures, burnt bypass contacts, and contactor coils that fail repeatedly on surge-prone supplies.

What if the unit cannot be repaired?
You pay the assessment fee only and receive the diagnostic report — no repair fee for a unit we cannot save.
Is there a warranty?
Yes: 6 months (180 days) workmanship. Same-fault failure inside the window is re-repaired at no charge.
