What we repair
VLT FC 101 HVAC, FC 102, FC 202 AQUA, FC 302 Automation and legacy VLT 5000 and 6000 drives, including their power cards, control cards and fan assemblies.
Typical faults
Alarm 13 and 14 overcurrent and earth faults, failed IGBT modules, DC link capacitor ageing, soft-charge circuit failures, fan faults and drives that trip after a few minutes at load.
How the job runs
Unit logged and photographed on intake, diagnosed to component level with oscilloscopes, thermal imaging and power-quality instruments, fixed price quoted before work, functional test on completion, written report per serial number, 6-month workmanship warranty. Standard turnaround 5–7 business days; priority 48–72 hours under a maintenance agreement.
When the part is discontinued
We do not stop at "obsolete". We reverse-engineer the failed card, redesign it with components available today and build the replacement in Lusaka — the capability that put an HCS-designed board into a Lusaka Water pump station in February 2026, running since with zero failures.

Do you stock Danfoss spare parts?
We repair rather than resell: we replace the failed devices on the board. Where a part cannot be sourced, we redesign the circuit around components that can.
How long does the repair take?
Standard 5–7 business days from drop-off in Lusaka; priority 48–72 hours under a maintenance agreement. Importing a replacement typically takes 4–12 weeks.
What if the unit cannot be repaired?
You pay the assessment fee only and receive the diagnostic report — no repair fee for a unit we cannot save.
Is there a warranty?
Yes: 6 months (180 days) workmanship. Same-fault failure inside the window is re-repaired at no charge.
