What we service
Three-phase and single-phase induction motors, submersible pump motors, generator stators and rotors, transformer windings, and DC motors and armatures.
What we deliver
Full strip-down and inspection, winding resistance and insulation testing, precision rewinding to OEM specification, bearing replacement, dynamic balancing, and insulation resistance (megger) results recorded before and after the work.
The electrical side
Motors rarely fail alone. We test the starter, drive and control circuit that feeds the motor, so the machine is not returned to the same fault that destroyed the winding.
Questions we are asked
Do you test the motor before returning it?
Yes — insulation resistance before and after, plus a run test. The readings are recorded on the job report.
Can you collect and deliver the motor?
In Lusaka, yes. For other locations we arrange transport with the client.
Can you find out why the motor failed?
That is part of the work: we check the supply, the starter or drive and the load before declaring the job finished.
